365 Days On Camera

Twelve months. Two to three videos a day. What a year of recording my breakthrough journey taught me about showing up.

For twelve months I recorded my breakthrough journey on camera. Two to three videos a day. Every day.

It started with one question: what happens if you stop performing growth and start recording it?

The campaign had twelve phases. Clarity. Energy. Breakthroughs. Happiness. Tempo. Gratitude. Purpose. Legacy. Graduating from suffering. Resilience and reinvention. Connection and impact. Integration and masterful living. Each phase had its own prompts, seven a week. Some days I had a speech in me. Some days I had three sentences and a tired face. I posted anyway.

Here's what a year of daily recording teaches you: the camera doesn't want your best day. It wants your real one. The videos that landed hardest were never the polished ones. They were the ones recorded ten minutes after a hard conversation, eyes still red.

From confusion to clarity, from pain to power — that was the promise of the campaign. A year later I can say the promise kept me more than I kept it.

Three hundred and sixty-five days. Done. What's next is already filming.
