KEN — meaning: Born of Fire; Handsome. A name carries a prophecy, and mine would take decades to fully understand. This is where the story begins.

My mother singlehandedly raised me. She was a strong and determined woman in the face of every challenge — the pillar I leaned on without knowing it, the compass I followed without question.

Ken debuted on the life insurance speaking scene at Manulife Cambodia's first MDRT Conference in 2019, captivating over 500 aspirants with his keynote, "Your Identity, Your MDRT & Your Responsibility."
As a coach with the Jensen Siaw International team, Ken has led MDRT and COT aspirants, business owners, and recruits through bootcamps and internships — witnessing the transformation of over 1,000 graduates across Southeast Asia. His deep conversations bring clearer realisations, and his insights into behavioural patterns help participants approach clients more effectively.
Ken developed the PAL System — a framework for confidently approaching VIP and cold markets through authentic connections. In recent years, he and the team built Money Maestro, a gamified program bringing deeper understanding to "Adulting & Seeding Their Future." From agency building to personal growth, Ken has handled projects with AIA, Prudential, Manulife, GE, Income, and UOB.
